In January 2019 PA (Public Act) 57 went into effect. Within the PA 57 the DDA is required to hold two “Informational Meeting” each Fiscal Year.
The 2023 meetings will be scheduled at the organizational in June, with one in July 2023 and one in November 2023. The meetings are for the purpose of informing the public of the goals and direction of the authority, including projects to be undertaken in the coming year and what has been completed. They are not for the purpose of voting on policy, budgets or other operational matters.
